• Tested the Zap independently and confirmed Zoho CRM was firing multiple trigger events for a single deal conversion.
• Adjusted the Zap's filtering logic so only one event was created per deal.
• Verified the fix with live form submissions using specific postal codes to simulate real triggers, keeping the client informed with a clear timeline throughout.
